This is the solution to the rusted out rear upper shock pockets on 96-02 4runners

relocates the upper mount to the outside of the frame with 4 self threading bolts and/or the mount can be welded for a more secure fit. The mounts are made with 3/16'' steel and shipped unpainted.

This kit may have clearance issues with oversized tires and the installer must check for any rubbing on the tire to prevent a tire failure.
