How to choose correct size?
1.Measure your foot length as thesize chart.
2.Find the ”EUR/China Size” from the size chart by your foot length!
3.Please do not measure the insole length,it is different from the foot length.
EUR/China Size 35 = Foot length (cm) 22.5
EUR/China Size 36 = Foot length (cm) 23.0
EUR/China Size 37 = Foot length (cm) 23.5
EUR/China Size 38 = Foot length (cm) 24.0
EUR/China Size 39 = Foot length (cm) 24.5
EUR/China Size 40 = Foot length (cm) 25.0
EUR/China Size 41 = Foot length (cm) 25.5
EUR/China Size 42 = Foot length (cm) 26.0
EUR/China Size 43 = Foot length (cm) 26.5

1.Measurements are the maximum size,please allow error about ± 5MM.Compare the size chart with your feet length carefully before ordering.

EUR Size 37 = US Size 6 = Foot Length 23.1- 23.5cm
EUR Size 38 = US Size 6.5 = Foot Length 23.6- 24.0cm
EUR Size 39 = US Size 7 = Foot Length 24.1- 24.5cm
EUR Size 40 = US Size 7.5 = Foot Length 24.6- 25.0cm
EUR Size 41 = US Size 8 = Foot Length 25.1- 25.5cm

Notice:
If foot is thick and wide, you can choose one size bigger;
If foot is narrow and thin, you can choose one size smaller.
The shoes we send are Chinese sizes, Size tag of the shoes show Chinese size, not EUR or US sizes.

About Shipping
After payment of your order, We will sent out the parcel within 3 work days excepted Holidays. About the shipping time, you need to check in advance for information on delivery time to your country.
About Return
In case of the defective items or wrong items that you got, we will resend or refund to you.
Customers must inspect all items upon receipt and notify us within 2 work days if anything is missing or damaged. We do not refund the shipping fee on returns that are non-defective.
Within 14 days after receipt, you can return back the item. Buyers are responsible for shipping charge to return the items.
About Tax
You are subjected to the imported taxes, custom fees which maybe imposed by your local custom office. We are not able to inform you the due fee as it is various from countries and items.
Receive Address
Write your full name and house number in your shipping address when you make an order because Russia have a new rule now, post office will not dispatch parcels to you if you don’t write full name. Lastly we don’t assume responsibility.
