FAQ:
Q1: Is the hair human hair?
A: All the hair is 100% human hair, you can test by burning a string, they will have a feather smell and become ash.
Q2: Can this wig be straightened, curled?
A: Treat the hair as if it is your own hair. Use a flat iron/straightener below 180 degrees, as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often.
Q3. Hair smell
A: Factory wash the hair with warmwater and shampoo, and we will put hair oil to hairs before shipment,protecting the hairs from being dye during longer-term delivery. But smell will disappear after washing it with good shampoo and conditioner.
Q4. Coloring
A: Yes, human hair can be colored. It is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker, not lighter,
,hair will be easily dry after leaving hair donor, so don‘t dye or bleach hair too frequently, it will damage the hair. Also please do it professionally.
Q5. Length
A We will double check the hair type and length before shipment.-When you receive the hair, you can measure it by stretching it, so you can get the correct length.
Q6. Gray hair
A: Virgin non-dyed hair have a few strands gray hairs inside, we usually pick the hair up in production,but we DO NOT guarantee 100% no gray hairs, please understand, and pick up the few strands out yourself. Thanks.
Q7. Tangle
A: The hair can tangle due to dry,oil & dirt build-up, salt water chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure wash and condition your hair twice a week. Use olive oil to polish it smooth or consult your stylist for more help.
Q8. Split/dry ends
A: Our hair will be a lit dry after leaving hair donor, because it losthuman nutrition. You can put someoliveargan oil to keep them good.
Q9: How long does it last?
A: Normally, the hair can last over 12 months with good care. This has been our customer experience for so many years. Treat it like your own hair. It depends on your care. Washing regularly with conditioner and oil is key to keeping its charming
Q10: Why is the wig we received shorter than picture?
A: Because people's head and face shape are different, different people will have different effects. You can restyle it to fit you better
Q11: Why the Wig Looks different from the picture.
A: As the wig is squeezed in a small box for long delivery, it may be a little out of shape. Once you get it, tremble it several times, and care for it with hair oil or hair dryer, it will be very lively
