How to check if the battery is fully charged?

-When it is continuing to flash red/green without a battery in the cradle,it is normal.

-Plug in the battery, and during charging, it is red.
-Full charge after, it is green.

The EU plug is a round plug. As shown in the picture:

The US plug is a flat plug. As shown in the picture：
