Both front and back side FOR FREE,but sleeve print will be extra fee for each place.

How to send the design?
Send your design through the message, and tell them your shirt size and color you want. They will make a sample for you ,if you think it's all right,just pay for it.

How about the shirt quality?
The fabric is good, not thin, but not too thick either.

Can they handle images, such as removing the background?
Usually easy to handle, they will remove the background when it is more obvious, but if it is a photo, it is generally not. Of course, unless you have special needs, please let them know.
