Q1: How many rails does it come?
A1: We have both one rail for one side and a set (three-side),and we have also marked the toddler bed rails with its dimensions, according to your needs to select it.
Q2: How to prevent the bottom rail from slipping?
A2: Make sure to insert the assembled bed rail between the mattress and bed side tightly(mattress support). And then press the blue button of the lift tube and install it in place according to your height needs. Ensure that the bed rail is fixed tightly against the mattress without any gaps. If ribs bed, fix the bed board with screws.
Q3:How to secure the bed rails and make it don’t move.
A3: Here are a few fixing methods for different bed type, hope it will help you:
Inserted bed:Insert the assembled bed rail between the mattress and bed side and ensure that the bed rail is fixed tight against the mattress without any gaps.
Flat bed/Ribs bed:Fix the bed board with screws will be more stable.
Q4: Why do the connectors on top that connects the rail together slip out?
A4: The pipe connection holes and level adjustable holes are not at the same height, resulting in connectors become detached. Please try to let the pipe connection hole and level adjustable hole in the same height.
