Instructions:
1. Pour glass washing liquid or alcohol into the bottle and collect bees with tool.
2. Cover the lid shake it up and down for 60s and let it stand for 1-2 minutes.
3. Count the number of mites that fall to the bottom of bottle.
You can calculate the percentage of mites infected from this number
